April Travelogue – Art Along Route 66

April 19, 2016 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Presented by Maria TraskaSpring 2016 Flyer (2)

As one of the authors of The Curious Traveler’s Guide to Route 66 in Metro Chicago, Maria brings a new perspective of what you might see along the renown Route 66. Once known as the “Main Street of America,” U.S. Route 66 was the first year-round, cross-country highway, connecting Chicago and Los Angeles. Join us as we see the road from a different angle – from Jackson and Michigan onward, art on Route 66 goes from the sublime to the ridiculous and all points in between.
